Steeped in more than 100 years of history, Leicester racecourse provides one of the most comprehensive Flat and Jump fixture lists in the country with over 30 race meetings taking place each year. Recent developments, and the opening of their exclusive Club Lounge have greatly added to the course’s race day facilities.

Leicester Racecourse has recently erected a new Grandstand, which looks over 200 acres of the racecourse and golf course making it an attractive option for race days and other functions. The leading Flat trainers often use this course to introduce many of their best two-year-olds and a host of maiden winners here have gone on to win Classic races. The ground often rides on the soft side during the National Hunt season and stamina is an all-important asset. Large fields and competitive racing are virtually guaranteed.
