General Course Information:
Newbury Racecourse is located in Berkshire and is the home of the famous Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup (National Hunt) and the Lockinge Stakes (a group one flat race).

Newbury's left-handed, galloping course provides a stern test for horses, particularly in heavy conditions. The draw can also play a part in selecting winners at Newbury, runners drawn low will generally struggle in big fields.

The Newbury course boasts some impressive facilities including it's very own railway and a runway for light planes!
